How to Apply Domicile Certificate Online of MP

 For Applying Domicile Certificate Online in MP, there are two ways you get certificate
first is Offline and second one is Online.

OFFLINE METHOD 

in Offline method you have to approach your nearest LOK SEVA KENDRA.
and you need some Document i.e.

1. Aadhar Card (Xerox) - 1 Copy

2. Passport Photo - 2 Nos

3. Application Form - (Which is Available at stationary shops around LOK SEVA KENDRA)

OFFLINE METHOD 
and in Online Method you have head to the LOK SEVA KENDRA website.

You Need Aadhar No (which is Link to your Mobile Number)

and a passport photo scan in jpg format.

and a scan copy of a affidavit filled with own handwriting and signed.

Print Out this form and fill and signed.

STEP - 1 Open the MP eDistrict and go to the "Citizen Login"

STEP -2   go to the domicile certificate

STEP - 3  fill your Mobile Number and OTP and Login

STEP -3 fill the Application Form and Submit.

and get your acknowledgement number keep safe this.

and track with your number through home page.
